Lentil Bolognese with Spaghetti

Ingredients
100 g spaghetti
¾ cup boiled lentils
1 cup tomato sauce
1 slice of stale bread
1 tsp. oil
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a pot.
- Use a blender to mix the tomato sauce, slice of bread, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In a frying pan, add a teaspoon of oil, the lentils and sauce you prepared in the previous step. Mix until uniform.
- Serve the spaghetti and put the lentil and tomato sauce mix on top.
Bread has a high moisture content. When bread comes into contact with air, moisture is lost, so it gets dry and hardens faster.
Stale bread can be used to thinken a mixture (as in this recipe) or to make breadcrumbs.
