Whisk the matcha: Sift the matcha powder through a fine sieve into a matcha bowl to eliminate any lumps. Pour in the 80°C water and whisk vigorously in an ‘M’ or ‘W’ motion until a smooth, frothy layer forms.
Create the mocha base: Place the white chocolate or syrup into the bottom of your serving glass or mug. Pour the hot matcha over it, stirring thoroughly with a spoon until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is entirely uniform. (Food Waste Tip: This is an excellent way to clear out any stray white chocolate buttons, baking chips, or broken confectionery bars that might otherwise sit forgotten in the cupboard).
Steam the milk: Steam or froth the Alpro Oat Barista milk until it achieves a velvety, micro-foamed latte thickness.
Assemble: Gently pour the steamed oat milk into the matcha-chocolate base. Serve immediately.
