1 small apple, cored and chopped (300 g)
1 pear, cored and chopped (300 g)
150 g oats
5 teaspoons almond butter (75 g)
For the Compote
Apple, finely chopped
1 pear, finely chopped
Half a tablespoon of maple syrup (15 g)
A pinch of cinnamon or ground ginger (3 g)
Per 100 g:
Energy: 123.16 kcal, Energy: 514.79 kJ, Fat: 4.82 g – Of which saturated fatty acids: 0.52 g, Carbohydrates: 14.65 g – Of which sugars: 6.09g Protein: 3.84 g – Dietary fiber: 3.39 g – Salt: 0.04 g
